companies, is moving to the United States with an exciting new project,
working alongside major charity organizations.
INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:
As
part of this transition, the company is looking for a motivated and dynamic
candidate with great networking skills. You must be comfortable with
cold-calling specific contacts among organizations you will have previously
researched. This position requires good listening skills as well as an
irreproachable speech and the capacity to be quick on your feet.
Being
present at the very beginning of this important new adventure, you will often
be given extensive responsibilities and a significant opportunity to evolve
among our company.
Among
other things you will be asked to plan and direct meetings with the people
you get in contact with and report them to our main office in Paris.
For
candidates who are confident in social skills, have a relevant background in
sales or marketing, and want to take part in this adventure.
QUALIFICATIONS

conscientious individual interested in assisting management in an
international environment.Professional telephone manner; detail-oriented; fast,

TITLE:
Director - Administrative Services
The
incumbent will be responsible for the financial well being of a private
French-owned manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential resin
products in North America headquartered in Berks County, PA. S/he will also
oversee several operational functions such as, accounting, insurance and
legal matters, financial reporting, tax, quality, and systems integration
which include IT and applications.
KEY
MEASURES:
-
Self starter; ability to work independently under frequently changing
priorities
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; superior negotiation skills - Master the principles of accounting and tax rules - Solid management control systems experience - Verifiable experience with ERP (M3 if possible) - Analytical ability; superior organizational skills - Leadership with a coaching orientation to manage staff - Good knowledge of working capital management - Sound understanding of HR processes, including benefits and payroll - Strong business acumen; anticipate what can go wrong and build appropriate contingencies to adapt.
EDUCATION,
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum MBA in Finance; minor in IT preferred
- Experience working in a global platform - Exposure to QIP techniques (i.e., Six Sigma, Lean) - Periodic travel to corporate office in France or other European countries; must have valid passport - Speak French as a second language or display sufficient conversational knowledge to be trained to speak French fluently - At least 8+ years experience with operations of small to mid-size companies with entrepreunerial models
