Fee waived for International affairs graduate studies

Here is another great reason for your students to consider Penn State: we will waive our $65 application fee for students you refer.  Qualified applicants are automatically considered for grants-in-aid; no separate application is needed. The application deadline for students wishing to be considered for financial aid is February 15, 2014.
