UNITED NATIONS YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM (YPP) EXAMINATION



United Nations Young Professionals Program



The U.S. Department of State announces for all qualified U.S. citizens:
 UNITED NATIONS
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM (YPP) EXAMINATION
 Eligibility Requirements (all must be met)

1.  32 years old or younger as of December 31, 2014 
2.  Hold at least an undergraduate degree (advanced degree is an advantage) in one of the following occupational fields or related areas:
·        Economic Affairs
·        Human Rights
·        Information Systems & Technology
·        Photography
·        Political Affairs
·        Radio Production (Arabic/Chinese/Kiswahili/Russian/Spanish)
3.   Fluency in English and/or French 
NOTE:  Admission to the exam may be limited to the 40 most qualified Americans per occupational group.  Potential employment offers depend upon test results, interview, number of vacancies, and competitiveness of applicants from other nations.

August 13, 2014
Economic Affairs and Radio Production
August 20, 2014
Human Rights and Photography
August 26, 2014

Application and Exam Details:

The examination will be given on December 4, 2014
in cities throughout the world, including New York City.
