• Masters in international development, business administration/management, psychology, social work, economics or other related degree preferred.
• Significant experience (3-6+ years) in large scale field-based data collection and program monitoring (ideally in Africa).
• Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in program design, monitoring and evaluation (theory and practice) desired.    
• Bilingual – French and English.  Swahili or another local language desirable.
